Payment and Refund Policy

1. Services
I provide online wellness coaching services:

• a free discovery call
• the dopaMINE online practicum
• the ROOTS mini-group program
• ROOTS Couture one-to-one guidance

The services are educational and coaching in nature and are not medical care: I do not diagnose, treat or prescribe medication.

2. Prices and payment
All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD):
dopaMINE - $99 CAD
ROOTS - $600 CAD
ROOTS Couture - $1500 CAD.
The discovery call is free.
Payment is made only after the discovery call, by bank card through a Stripe payment link.
ROOTS and ROOTS Couture can be paid in full or in 3 monthly installments (ROOTS: 3 × $200 CAD; ROOTS Couture: 3 × $500 CAD). With an installment plan, Stripe automatically charges your card each month, and program materials, sessions, personal threads and chat access are unlocked step by step in line with your payments.

3. Refunds
- The discovery call can be rescheduled or cancelled at least 48 hours in advance.
- dopaMINE: a full refund within 7 days of purchase if no more than one lesson has been opened.
- ROOTS and ROOTS Couture:
- before the 2-week pre-start begins, the full amount paid is refunded;
- during the pre-start (questionnaire and information gathering, before the route map is delivered), the amount paid is refunded minus $100 CAD for work already done;
- after the program starts, if you contact me within the first week, the amount paid is refunded minus $100 CAD and the cost of the program days already used (cost per day = (program price - $100 CAD) ÷ number of program days: ROOTS - 84 days, ROOTS Couture - 90 days);
- after the first week, payment is non-refundable.
A refund cannot exceed the amount paid or be less than zero. If you are on a payment plan, only the amount actually paid is refunded and future installments are cancelled. If the cost of the days already used exceeds the amount paid, no refund is due and no additional payment is required.

4. How to request a refund
Email osoloviova.nutrition@gmail.com. Refunds are returned to the original card within 5-10 business days.

5. No guarantee
I do not guarantee a specific result: it depends on your actions, your engagement and on following all recommendations. The program does not replace treatment and does not change a doctor’s instructions.
