1. What I collect
Your name, email address and your answer to the booking question when you schedule a free discovery call (through Calendly), our correspondence (by email and in messengers), the information you share on our calls, and payment details when you pay. Card details are processed by Stripe: I do not see or store card numbers.

2. Why
To schedule your call, contact you, provide services, accept payment and process refunds, and to keep your personal history of our work together (see section 4). I do not sell your data.

3. Who processes data
Services needed to operate: Calendly (booking), Stripe (payments), Tilda (website), Google (email). They process data under their own policies.

4. Personal history of our work
The information about nutrition, lifestyle, habits and wellbeing that you share in our correspondence and on our calls is kept by me as working notes. This lets me know your path, avoid asking the same questions again and again, and continue from where we stopped, including if you come back to me later. I use this information only to work with you; it is available only to me and is not shared with third parties. If a call is recorded, I will ask for your consent in advance.

5. Retention
For as long as we work together and for a reasonable time afterwards, so that you can return and continue from where we stopped, and as required by law (for example, accounting records). I delete data earlier on your request.

6. Your rights
You may request access to, correction or deletion of your data, or withdraw consent, by emailing osoloviova.nutrition@gmail.com.
